How do i place a chair at the table

Cant get a chair asigned to the table so i get the fest option someone figured it out how it works?

Right click the chair over your head, you'll get a "ghost" of it to place. Shift+wheel rotates it, make sure it's facing the table.

Hold down shift and then scroll with your mouse to rotate it, then hold down control and move it around with mouse to get that right position you want.
