Is there a way to heal faster?

Subj. I mean like sitting on a chair or getting close to 5k energy. Shouldn't we recover faster if we rest? Cause right now it heals 1 hpp per hour with 4k+ energy and that is if I'm lucky.
Also does gauze work? It doesn't replace a wound with "bandaged or anything else". Doesn't debuff you.

Gauze definitely works, my fell slashes are down from 8 to 4. This also means it works for more than 1 instance of it, so you don't need 30 gauze to heal 30 fell slashes. There is no way to speed it up though. Just play normally, get some sleep, and wake up to more hhp. =)

I guess it doesn't heal if you're afk, right? I just sat on a chair for 30-40 mins alt-tabbed without any result, still 3 hpp xD

Oh, btw, do gauze/poultice heal at the same time as self-healing wounds do? Or do they replace the healing effect/take the first position in a queue? I'm not sure how to ask it right, hope you understood the question lol

From what I understand every different instance of wounds heals independently of every other one, so no they don't override one another. They should heal while you're afk and while you're offline.

You'll need a loom which seems to have controversial building requirements at the moment. You'll need Wheelwrighting and sewing for sure but maybe some other skill.

Gauze appears to fully heal a single stack of wounds over time. All of my Fell Slash (8) were healed over night. Testing on my Cruel Incision (36) now.

@Knight, were there STR/AGI penalties to your healing?

It's really difficult since I'm not seeing any feedback. So the gauze only hits one wound at a time?

No feedback, 1 wound in a stack at a time until the stack you applied it to is fully healed. No stat loss, temporary or otherwise, from gauze.

Only the stinging poultice does that.
