Currently a have a Q5 bow and 9 marksmanship using q7 arrows

I have now missed my twelfth bunny in a row. I am standing About 5 tiles away from the bunnies and I am shooting the bow at the bunnies while they are still. Every single shot I have made has caused the bunnies to run away.

Am i just really fucking unlucky or is archery way way harder in this game?

Back in the day i was killing bunnies with a q3 sling and 1 marksmanship with better odds than this. Not that it mattered as you should just pick them up....

I have found that clicking on the targets portrait while aiming increases the chance of hitting for omse reason. Perhaps you are not "shooting" directly at the bunny.

Not that this will do you any good since the bunny will simply run away when you aggro it.

Well, I made a q7 bow, and I still cant hit the bunnies. I am now at 17 bunnies missed.
Does anyone else have this problem? Should I just switch to using the cliff cheese tactic to get fur?

Just raise your mm and practice on an archery target till its semi consistent until then your outa luck sorry mate its a pain i know

I've had some success aiming on the ground instead of clicking the animal/portrait.

Yea I typically aim just below the animal

Also a side note try larger game, iv had more succest at lvl 5 MM on killing foxes on the other side of cliffs than rabbits, and its worth it more anyway
