A New Fishing Rod

How do I discover a better fishing rod? This one blows major titties... I've been fishing for 10 minutes and caught 1 fish. I'm about to kill myself by drowning.

Some bait types + ingame times are bad news. Try a new location (shallow vs deep water is the easiest). You should be catching 1 fish every 1-2 minutes on average.

Beyond that I'm pretty stumped. Basic metal discoveries didn't unlock it, so I'm thinking it might be steel made.

Well I caught 1 Bream on a shallow, 1 carp on another shallow and a ruffe on another shallow.. 3 fish in about 14 minutes.

I guess I can just cry whilst waiting for this poop of a thing.

That's what I mean. Try fishing in the deep area instead. River shallows is the same "fish type" everywhere. Lake deep wasn't catching me anything today, so I switched to lake shallows and I'm fishing much better.

It's not a geographical thing, but a time and type of water thing.

Entrails suck ass for lake fishing (deep or shallow) but they're pretty good for [mountain] pools
