I put 3 bones in a new claim for a friend and now I have 2 claims. How do I keep my original Claim or do I get both?

To further this: If your friend studies the bond for that claim for 3 days straight, he/she can take ownership of the claim (if that's what you'd prefer).

Whoever lays the sign gets the claim, whoever nails the last piece of the claim sign gets the bond.

Not currently, possibly in the future only for the character who laid the claim. No promises on that one from what jorb was saying.
