I think it would be a good idea to let other players who have played the older haven to know what's up with this one.
Ants don't get confused by shallow water. If you don't have the UA to fight them you'll have to Raid to agro, then run 1.5 minimaps away, then jog around them to raid the anthill. More on that point:
Animals run at full speed on shallow water, don't think you can escape that way from boars and the like; but they don't go in deep water.
Swimming is now more viable early game. With a CON of 15 or better you can cross most rivers with a full stamina bar. You just take Aspxiation damage if your stamina runs out(which is HHP damage).
HHP damage is divided into several types: Knicks and Knacks, Bruises, Deep Cuts, Swollen Bumps, Fell Slash, Cruel Incisions, Aspixation, Defaced, Blunt Trauma, and Wretched Gore.
The ones in bold are unhealable for the time being. Swollen bumps and Deep Cuts are healable by Stinging Poltice (3 stinging nettle, 2 string, 1 dried animal hide). Everything else not mentioned can
be healed with Gauze (one Wool with a loom, as was old haven). Leeches aren't in the game as of yet.
Animals "deaggro" you if they KO you with SHP damage. An animal will still attack you one more time if they have an attack queued, that's usually how most people. Attacks can inflict "grievous damage"
even without depleting you SHP.
You don't get LP back if you declaim your post.
Curiosities cost "Experience Points" to learn. As you gain LP from Curiosities you consume EXP, you get EXP by doing things are random like stepping in grass/water, waking in caves, lighting fires at night, etc.
We now have bats in caves. It's still viable to live in caves, bats can despawn/respawn like other animals. (leave your important stuff at the enterance).
This is a start. I'll refine this list as a find more stuff.
