What does it even do?

Its the main stat for making jewelry. Anytime you craft or build an item it displays both a stat icon and a skill icon. You multiply those to get your quality of the item(more or less).

For the layman, the best use of psy is making certain curios that require it as a crafting soft cap (seers bone for example, although there's more now I believe). The jewelry aspect doesn't come into play for most villages really.

Psy has more uses here than in legacy already, wonder if more have been added.
