Tips for healing pls, combat bar bug?

I had a question on what is best way to get rid of all these wounds? the bar goes down a bit more but thats most of it

also is this a bug i unlocked a bunch of other combat skills but cant see them cuz cant scroll down the bar has been full for days yet i still get new moves all the time pls help?

Second maybe a bug with the client you're using? I've not dove into combat much yet, so can't say for sure that there is or isn't an issue with a a scroll bar not appearing there.

As for the injuries, check out the two dev announcements. There are two forms of healing for now: Stinging Poultice and Gauze. The first needs a dried hide, stinging nettles, and generic string and can be used on Deep Cuts and Swollen Bumps. Gauze need 1 wool and a loom to craft it on. It can be used on Cruel Incisions, Deep Cuts, Fell Slashes, and Blunt Trauma. Any other injuries that do not heal on their own are permanent for now, though the system is still undergoing development.
