It seems to be a troll heart, cos I got one from butchering a troll. It's as rare as trolls are, I guess?

maybe but i got it from a boar Edit: Also is there a way to farm faster than clicking harvest? farming is getting on my nerves

Shift-rightclick crops and drag to select an area.
Total misplay.

Head to CF, they have q1186 Metal Buttons (33 Unarmed, 11 Smithing.) for 2 Gold Quills and q971 Hard Metal Rivets (30 Melee, 30 Carpentry.) for 1 Gold Quill.

oh,but im quite far away from a portal to there, plus i wonder how much it would cost. maybe i will go if the opportunity appears
