It it not specified on the forum but would the heal time of alchemical wounds example (Rot Gut 1 Point per 24Hr) be in real time hour or in game time?

The wiki values are points per IRL hour, not including bed healing bonus (which increases with bed quality).
Chills/rash heal at 1/hour in my experience, ache/headache 1/day. Haven't given any alts rot to check that one.
