Destroying a village idol

Someone built a village over my claim, can a wrecking ball destroy the village idol? If not that, then what?

Personal claims can be revoked by an overlapping Village Claim, but only if the village owned the land before the personal claim was made, or is at least 90% as old as the personal claim.

You have around 22 hours to destroy it by hand, if you feel like it might be used some other way against you.

Yes a wrecking ball can be used to destroy an idol.
