Drop rate change? Weird Beetroot

Hey! Was wondering if anything happen as of late to the chance to harvest a weird beetroot, I need to study a single one for my cooking credo, I have been planting literally 100x several time over and harvesting probably close to 500+ without getting any weird one. Q of the beets are at 181 so that is probably not the issue. Anyway, I'll get back to my fields, was just wondering if the RNG Gods are mad at me for something...?
