Herbs for Hermits (or Gardener's Glebe)

Hello forum people. I would like to begin a claim dedicated to farming. Which plants do you have the most fun growing? If I plant an orchard off of a claim will my trees be eligible to become a quest-givers?

farming is a tedious chore


trees you plant can become quest givers but it’s extremely unlikely:

• New questgivers only spawn when an old one is chopped down
• It’s unlikely any questgivers get chopped this late in the world (people don’t want to ruin their current quests and player population is low in general)
• There are like a billion trees in the game world so even if you personally chop questgivers any given tree has only like a 1/10000000 chance to become one per questgiver chopped
