WWW cant find

They DO exist and spawn after a few iterations of wild crops. Proof:

Just found a WWW for the first time. Still 2867 per*exp.

I've found a couple WWWs with just 285 per*exp, but it was near a large base. I think it might be related to wild plants being farmed nearby.

Then is better, since someone harvested 130+ wild crops and got nothing different XD this will make things easier, in a way.

Very possible. The one I found was near my base, and i planted my crops less than 24 hours ago.

Today, after 3 hours of traveling through various biomes, I found 1 WWW, having 2700 per*exp. Meanwhile, the second harvest yielded the same wild plants, and the Farmer's Credo quest requires flax seeds

Found one at 1700 Per*Exp yesterday on Somber Bramble, still the only one I've found. Also capped by Farming it seems. Always thought it was Survival before.

I think it was Survival at some point in the past, but at some point (quite some time ago) there was a change where it became Farming instead.
