Claim problem

Hello!

I have problem, today we woke up to learn that our claim is no longer ours. From other topic we have learned that probably somebody who KOd us few days ago took A Bond of Blood & Soil from our eq>

Here comes my question. Is there a way to reclaim claim? We can't get out bcs everything is closed by pallisade (guy who knocked us was on other side of continent so I doubt he will serach whole continent and then build siege equipment to destroy walls).
We placed village claim this night and it still says 2d left before claim is ready (but we cannot do anything else on claim tho). Will it overwrite personal claim?

Do you guys have any idea what to do now except creating new character?
