Hardened leather mass productino

Hello guys,
How do you get ingredients for hardened leather, I have tons of leather but a getting wax is painfull, a few pieces in a week is not enough Is that common problem and solution is spamming bees at farm or im missing something?

build more skeps using wildbeeskeps larvaes, then plant carrots/turnip around so you can replant faster

yea. you just spamm beeskeps, you cant really have to much of them, collect all candleberrys you find in swamps, and dont stop raiding beehives,
in the early game you have to piece your wax together however you can, eventually your beeskeps just outscale your need,
