wild crop spawns?

Are wild crops still a thing? I found a few when the world started, but I haven't seen any in weeks.

I bet more will spawn in spring or summer but I'm just guessing

Yes they are still a thing I saw wild tubers on grass last night

they where only there to delay farming for an week or two, while still giving farmers something to do in the first few weeks,

asking where the wild crops are is kinda like asking where to find your 7 day timer for the minepyre to lvl 2

My theory is they'll spawn on change of season or something

Yes, indeed. However, the spawn rate of wild crops was reduced in a recent update, making them more difficult to find.
