I was sure this is troll post but for memes I went to my mound bed and indeed, it requires water. Holy moly xD

you can see in the screenshot that the mound bed is in fact watered.

Sorry, I'm on mobile and didn't notice. I'm not sure if *any* water changes the graphic, or if only when *full* of water. I filled mine from barrel and I know they're full. Is it possible you filled from flask or something else and they are not completely full?

You don't need to water Mound Bed for it to work.
Watering is only required for herb planting.
