Animal Husbandry generals questions

Ok, i got animals and tamed them. Strangely so far i allways got First a male and on the second try a female...coincidence? who cares...

i can manage them, but i still got some unaswered questions that i will arrange here in random order, enriched with my complaints, cause i love to complain

1) How do i raise animlas Q ?

The one i got so far are all Q 10.. i heard i need to feed em the good stuff to raise it. so i gave em the good stuff (random food items of Q 25 +) the medium Q is 21. The Quality didn't change (i'm talking about 1-2 real life weeks)

So i thought: "Ok, the offspring will be better Q cause the parents are eating better food... but no..the childrens are Q 6.. so even worst! So how do i actually do this ?

2) I think mating is random, i also catch the bull shaking the cow for a few seconds...didn't think it would "really" happen (i mean, the animation XD ) but i cant be sure. there is a way to speed up the process?

3) How long does the pregnancy last? My sheep took like 4-5 real days.. or something like that. Is different for every species? there is a sheet i can look?

4) Milk.
How long they will produce milk? i need a lot of milk and so far the only i get was from wild Aurochs after feeding em a clover.
they will keep producing after the baby become adults or do i need em to constantly give birth ?
So: there is a way to constantly got milk from tamed animals ?

This should answer most of your questions.

The quality of a tamed or birthed animal will not change. The only time quality can go up or down is during RNG at birth. All animals that are tamed from the wild start at q10.

It's random at birth and is soft-capped by the couple breeding quality.

They have to be close enough to be "shaking", so don't have a pen too big for a bull to reach the cows.

Depends on the animals, and there is also the herder credo 4th bonus that speed up the process.

4) Milk.
Once a female got pregnant once she'll produce milk forever.
