do characters share the exp event?

i have 2 character on the same account that i use. but i notice one of them is running out of experience, so im triyng to farm some and than it hit me.

all the classic event like drinking, lifting stuff, walking on grass i cant happenm to make them happen on the second one if i already got on the first one. Maybe is a coincidence, so im asking: the exp event are for the account, or for character?
also, there is a way to see what have been proc already?(the list in the log show all you get trought time, not what you just got in a certain day)

The Lore events happen at random on any character.

I sometimes proc the same event right after switching characters.
