I'm trying to figure out when I can start collecting grubs from leaf piles, and how long I have to build a decent oven and chefhat & pin.
As per the wiki;
- A Haven year is 180 days
- A haven year has 4 seasons;
- winter - 15 days
- spring/autumn - 30 days
- summer - 105 days
- Each year starts with the first day of the spring season
180 days / 12 months = 15 days each. But today was the 19th.
180 days/ 6 months instead = 30 days, but I've not noticed a month that long before (6 months because 180 days, half a real world year - it's a guess).
A realm resident said we're currently around midsummer, which would put this year at atleast 30 Hearth days. If we presume we're literally half way through summer, then we've got about 82 .5 days into the 5th year.
82 days / 3 months = 27.5 days per month, but the estimation was pulled out of my arse.
27.5 days per month * 6 months = 165 days, which is quite close to the 6 month a year idea.
Okay so if we presume that a month is 30 days long, then we've got;
2 months + 19 days = 79 days, which puts us 7.9 real days until autumn begins.
But then you've got this;
- New world starts jump right into summer for game play reasons
