Yesterday some of my chicks spawned into 110q adult verisons. Now they are down to 105 and 106. Q198 swill and q80 water is in all coops. Somehow all are leveling down by a notch. Is this a part of seasonal change i wonder.
Q of crops and animals will fluctuate slightly with time, as long as the trend is steadily increasing don't worry. Watch the eggs and take any that are below the Q of the chickens hatching them; my Q145 chickens occasionally drop Q138 eggs.
Are you sure the fodder and water q is as you said? Maybe you dropped some lower q stuff into it by mistake (or someone else did).
You can check both by taking them out with a bucket.
As far as I know, the quality increase only happens when eggs are laid (+/- 5q of parents). After that it should stay the same, or lower if the food/water is below their quality.
