I've looked all over. Is there a stat/prereq before i can find it - i have first aid and perception is 32.. wiki says all kinds of biomes have them, but only redplain shows it's spawns on it (according to the same wiki) still, no luck. What am i missing?

The wiki lists the minimum requirements for seeing this plant, but the chance is extremely low. Increase your Perception or Exploration to increase your chance of spotting it.

There is a terrain section which display what biomes needed, which is Grass, Cloud Range, Greens Ward, Heath, Dry Flat, Ox Pasture, Red Plain not "all kind of biomes" at all.
Also learn how to perception x exploration works - simple explanation u need 250 points minimum (example 32 perception x 8 exploration(not first aid) = 256 points) to ever saw a tansy - to see it more regular u need 500 and all of them spawned 1000.
