Checking a village's age?

A village has expanded to overlap one of my pclaims almost certainly with intent to revoke my claim, but the claim hasn't been revoked yet, implying my claim is sufficiently older that it's not possible yet. Is there any way to see when a village was founded (i.e., how much time I have left before my pclaim gets revoked)?

Looking further into it, according to bmjclark in this thread three years ago it's the age of the banner that counts, not the age of the village itself.

Is this still the case? If so there's no need to worry (about the vclaim at least) as it would mean my pclaim remains safe for another four months.
