I assume they had their gate faceing the wrong way so you could use the slave key on the outside instead of inside the palisade, if so then that's very stupid and the reason why they got raided duh. I think that's what happend but i might be wrong.

Rolling back the server for everyone seems like a bad idea even though I can understand how people are pissed.

Proper punishment for people abusing such bugs is in order now though that people actually pay for the game- Can't just let them off with a slap on the wrist anymore.
