maybe I am wrong, but really ainrans involvement in this was only that Zox was potentially going to call them up to fight with him in his declaration of war. Whether this actually did happen, we don't know. but it's not like they were involved since he didn't even fight and went away after he declared this so called war.

plus, I don't think anyone is the town, would have wanted to start shit with any group had it not been for the fact that he seemed adamant that he was bored and this declaration of war was somehow going to spice things up. until he decided to go on vacation after doing so.
