Poor Man's Trade Thread 12/6 - Massive Updates!

Postby Holy_Smokes » Tue Nov 10, 2015 10:00 pm

Poor Man's Trade is back and better than ever :D! A lot of things have changed, so I will get right to it:

-We are now requiring you to travel to our outpost, not far from the spawn zone
-We are now accepting many new items as payment
-Many new items have been added to our stock
-Prices/Qualities of many goods have been updated

Just like for everyone else, prices/values have been difficult for us to determine, but we have done our best to come up with what we feel are reasonable rates. We are always open to negotiations and requests for things we may not have listed. Our averaging for item q is amber client's default average (rms).

As far as the 100pts goes, pts are simply a currency we design to make trading easier. They mean different things to different people/threads. This is our leaping off point, and we will see where it goes from here.

Holy_Smokes wrote:At the moment we are only accepting sub tokens and gold as the main form of payment. This is due to the current trading system requiring a lot of effort in travel/trust/risk, so we are not willing to go to such lengths for most other things :(. We may entertain other offers and you are free to ask, but we are pretty firm in this regard.

Totally a matter of the effort any person is willing to put in to trade. For us, the effort is only practical when dealing in a few items. Sadly trading a wide range of things for many in game items is not currently viable :(.

They are a block-yielding bush. When you need quick hq blocks, bushes that give blocks when cut down are often the way to go as they grow faster than trees.
