Seeking an established village for safety and teamwork.

I am seeking an established village for safety and teamwork. Preferably, a group of 8+ who are acquainted. My current area has become unlivable for a certain reason, I wont say much on the matter, just a group of players near me that arnt exactly passive.

First off, I should be able to sink about 3 hours minimum a day into Hafen, easily. I enjoy hunting/exploring/gathering, Farming and Animal Husbandry I also enjoy.
I think Hafen will be too harsh for a hermit to live alone now, especially if they were to perish and start again.
I can use any communicative program, with a microphone. I am easy going, get a lot with people and dont start fights.

Yes, I will be paying for Hafen as soon as my free time runs out.
