Black screen on login fix, upgrade clients

I'm restarting the server to fix the problem with a black screen on login that some people are having.

It involves a change to the protocol, so you will need to upgrade your clients to log in on the server after the restart. I've already installed the upgraded client, so you can download it beforehand.

Java Web Start should upgrade you automatically if you just use the "Play" button again.

Indeed. The specific thing I needed to fix was that the new tile map was so large that people having trouble with small PMTUs and/or IPv4 fragmentation never got the tilemap packet, and therefore also no later package. This change puts a local tilemap in each map-data packet instead, containing only the tiles used therein.
