Rage skill is unneccesary to attack or even kill

I don't have rage, I have 4MM and a shitty bow and arrow, and I just shot someone with a bow (I don't have rage, so I didn't think it'd damage him) but apparently you can now KO and probably kill people too if you hit them with a bow.

Plz fix
