Can't Get Haven and Hearth to Start

When I click the play button on the page after logging in and java starts. Then, and error message is displayed. The exception for that error is a failed download exception. If you can help plz help :( :( :(

See if you find your problem in the bug section and if you post a more detailed post into it.

Please post the error you received. There may be details in there pertinent as to what the issue is.

I have a windows 10 desktop with java jre 1.8.0_77
No probs w/ graphics
Just ran the Clicking "play" gave me
will post pic when bro stops pc gaming

Download java. Not a bug.
