Can someone confirm that "Small chance to double output when smithing" actually works? I have crafted more than 50 items (jewelry, tools, armor, weapons) and it hasn't occurred even once.

After more than 100 items crafted, it has occurred only once. A very underpowered reward as for the highest tier credo.
