Mushroom Decoction (alchemy) craft does not pick up all components depending on the order of the items.
If you transfer into you inventory: Mushroom, Stone, Stone - works fine
If you transfer into you inventory: Stone, Mushroom, Stone - does not work (I guess it assumes mushroom as a normal ingredient in this case)
