Maybe they ninja fixed it. Were you picking the item up or shift clicking it into your inventory? Think I shift-clicked, not sure though.

both i belive, might be ninja fixed, might be an weird outlying case, i assume you are sure you skilled medecine and never touched honeycomb or honey before?

Yeah likely ninja fix. Was camomile I noticed not getting anything for, but through that not proc-ing discovery was then what lead me to notice nothing else was through the bee dungeon loot chests
