No Gauze

I have sheared multiple mouflons, have the related skills, just unlocked Simple Mechanics and built a loom but there is No Gauze. I bought extra skill just to be sure but still No Gauze. What might be missing?

Yes thanks I just hadn't invested in any of the plant related skills yet, I thought since First Aid was in the crafting menu it was also an unlocked skill, thank you!
