Huh, there's no longer sound for placing things or stockpile

I had that sound for placing down things and stockpiles couple days ago and now today that sound is gone. You know that sound when you place a stockpile or lifted things that character lifted. Not sure what caused, hopefully this doesn't bring any other issues of more missing sounds, but how would one fix this? Tried logging out and logging back in didn't work, tried closing the window from steam and relaunching the game, didn't fix it. It's just weird, that something like that woukd just be gone, makes me worried that more things are now muted that I don't know about or haven't noticed yet.

Oh yea walking over forest terrain sound effect was gone too, walked outside got xp event sound and got the sound effect for walking forest terrain back, but still no sound for placing stockpiles/objects onto the ground, that thump sound or whatever you would call it.
Also before the xp event sound the sound of picking up foregeables was gone too, now it's back, not sure if it was because I didn't wait for the animation to happen, but that doesn't skip the sound effect right?
