I sometimes get this window to pop up, and other times not. I HAVE read all of the announcements, multiple times. It's not like you're posting many announcements nowadays anyway.
I don't want to think this window meant to bait people into thinking there are many announcements and I assume something's not working right, or you phrased the patch note wrong.
On top of that, it seems that the list of announcements it shows is random. Sometimes it shows 4, sometimes 14.
Does it reset every now and then?
