Cant get past character Creation

Hello all, I cant get past character creation, I was able to get to click the wizard then the fire to spawn in then game crashed and now it wont load at all and just instantly crashes. I've tried steam, I've tried main Client, I've tried third party clients none of them will load. I've browsed google and the forums for hours trying to find a solution to no avail. any issue even similar to mine I've tried and they didn't work either. I've tried multiple versions of java, all drivers etc are up to date. Tried Firewall/anti virus etc.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
