An error appeared today.
Before that, the connection rest error was constantly appearing for a month, but I managed to log in about 5 times. Now, no matter how much you click, it won't log in.
I reinstalled the game. I checked the deletion of all files manually in all folders, including the system ones. I downloaded the file from the website and tried to log in under another account without steam. The same mistake. The ping is normal. The firewall does not block the game. I did not find a solution in other topics. What else can I do?

I have the same problem. Reinstalled Java just in case - it didn't help.

A similar problem, reinstalling java and changing dns servers does not help. Running the game with a VPN crashes the game. What other solutions can there be to this problem?

net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Looks like it's a problem with certs. We had such thing on work and half of office couldn't reach the services until the certs were restored.

I also don't know how to test UDP connections (is there some app for this?...). I did test TCP by trying to telnet to game.havenandhearth.com:1871, it did connect instantly.

I don't have issues with DNS either, it resolves it just as intended:

There are no restrictions or blocking on websites in Russia. I checked it out. So the problem is either with the site's certificate (when trying to download the downloader from a neighboring topic, it issued a warning that the site did not have a certificate) or the Russian IP addresses are blocked on your part. My mobile operator won't let me use the VPN, it won't connect, and that's it. There is no access to the home Internet or any other right now.
