Opened oysters do not stack, but if you open them in a stack they stay in the stack.

This is still the case.

4 unopened oysters can be stacked. Opened oysters cannot be stacked. But if you click to break an oyster onto a stack of unopened oysters, they remain inside it and you get a stack of 4 open oysters.

It may be worth making sure that when opened they do not remain on the stack. Or so that open oysters can be stacked.
