No (global) Tab support on Character window.

Odd to see you can open your inventory with Tab when Chat has focus, but not when some other window(s) is focused. (assuming other (global?) keys/functionality are probably also effected)
Like for example the Character sheet window (Which unlike the Kinn window has no Tab functionality. Makes more sense to use Shift-Tab in these (Kin window) cases, as that is not doing anything.)
