Game not loading

its been a while, tried to load up the game on steam and from the main site, tried to load different clients and i always get a black screen with the cursor changed but always a black screen, ive checked firewalls and reinstalled the app with no dice, anyone know how to fix? there is no error codes that pop up and java is updated

i did managed to get it to work, it was something with openGL
