With 12str I damaged palisade, nearly 25% of hp with half of water skin. I think this shouldn't work.

Newly made structures take time to gain their full soak.
So a newly made palis will be awfully fragile compared to a three day old palis.
W3 to W6 - Blockland. Special mentions: New Avalon, Tarn of Hotdog, Red October.
W7 - Elvenia, til we all got lazy.
W8 - Cult of R'lyeh, til the deeps called us back.
W9 - Tartarus, til death/wizards came for the land itself.
W10 - ???, ruined and forgotten.

Think it in good way! Now if you build it little bit wrong you have plenty of time to delete incorrectly built area!

Would be more of common sense out weighting foolishness then. Can't really see it as being a problem.

Fresh palisades take a while for their soak to tick up. The alternative would be to have the palisade be impossible to build initially, and I doubt that's better.

Its very good improvement. You can destroy if you make mistakes and theres no fear of somone sealing your CP. Sure somone can break in easily, but atleast you have your wall built then.
