This has been reported, too, but probably same difficulty in fixing. (Probably the same fix, too. Who knows... might be the fix for all objects getting stuck in houses, caves, etc.)

I'd rather a "arrow breaking" mechanic than them just disappearing into nothing. One is intentional, the other implies a bug because it is inconsistent.
