My subscription ended and I have no weekly game time

If you buy a subscription with some free time left, the free time isn't saved. I had 40+ hours left when i bought a subscription and my subscription just ran out and now i have 0 gametime. Also, the free time for the week isn't even applied. The little message that pops up when my sub is about to run out even says that if i have free time left for the week i can keep playing

So my subscription ended sometime this morning. Because I had a subscription I was not given the 7 weekly hours to play. I have to wait until next monday...

Have you tried logging in to see if it fills you up or does it just not let you?

I could buy another subscription, but I am a little annoyed that you don't get your free weekly 7 hours. They could find a way so that it doesn't stack with play time, and if you don't play it you lose it or w.e But you should still have those 7 hours when your subscription ends imo.

It says I have no game time and it will be filled next monday. My account also says I am now a free account with no game time remaining

I noticed this too, your game time (including the 48 hours you initially get) counts down even if you have a subscription.

Yup. It gives the message that i have no time and have to buy time on the website.
