Hello, so I've crafted this fancy-looking magic boots and they gives absolutely no stats.
I'm not really sure, is this inteded or a bug?

You need to get both of these bad boys to craft it, both of them are acquired by fishing.

it sucks that the boots give nothing yet, but i am interested in knowing how rare those fishing drops are, I've only caught maybe 50 fish so far with worms from leveling ground. and i've only gotten afew fishy eyes.

Clearly the bonus kicks in by drowning. Testing is required.

Tried swiming with them, consumes same ammounts of stamina.
Walking speed at swamps is same.
