Can't go down a minehole

I used trespassing to walk onto a claim of one of my village members but could not go down their minehole, says the area is owned by someone. The area beneath is claimed as well. My char has tress, but not theft/vandalism.

If I'm a "visitor" and can't do crimes, going through mineholes (and I guess claimed caves, house entrances) shouldn't be a crime. Same as how I shouldn't get a "red handed" debuff when I try to dig a piece of soil off of someone's claim if I can't ACTUALLY dig that piece of soil.

The visitor debuff makes it so you can't leave scents on that claim. Entering a minehole, cave, or house leaves a trespassing scent.
