Palisade Soak not increasing?

Is palisade soak not increasing?
I built stone stead and palisade about on same time.
With pickaxe and my main I cant scratch house. But I can destroy palisade with fresh spawn 10 str alt.
Palisade should have way more soak than stonestead. Is it just "gaining" soak very VERY slowly or perhaps walls are broken?

Palisade gains soak too slowly or then not at all.

As far as i know palisade not gaining soak in the first day (or 12 hours? not sure) at all. Then it become stronger, but it's 100% increase it's soak

Its been built for way over 24 hours.

We built our palisade as quick as was possible, pretty much (given leather drying times) and our palisade was easily bashable >24h later.

Cant scratch my palisade now.
But time for soak to increase should be decreased.
24 hours should be maxium it can be broken by alts with bare hands.

It is now. After 24 hours it starts t ogain soack and you cannot destroy it with alts

I cannot say it is easily bashable. You need character with really good amount of STR and vandal, so... it's ok
