Beginning Quest

Postby Raffeh » Fri Feb 26, 2016 11:34 am

I have had a issue this whole world with the beginners quest still being on the left hand side. now I have completed some of the quests to attempt to get rid of them and It will just go back to the initial quest. I have gone into the Quests menu and clicked completed, it changes the quests but still does not get rid of them.

I will post a screenshot tonight if that's required. No one else in my village has this issue and keeps asking me why I have it up when I post a screenshot.!!

No. I am using the most up to date version of Amber Client 1.24.4

All my village pals are using this also and they do not have the issue I am experiencing.

I had this on one character last world. The quest stayed on the screen even after completion, all I could do was change it to other quests in the quest menu but could not figure out how to get rid of it completely. I only used the default client last world.

To remove the quest window I had to click the same quest in the questwindow and it went away. Does that work for you ?

I think it probably needs to track what you've done in these "tutorial" quests so if I do action A from quest 4, it's flagged as done, even if I'm only on quest 1.

Should probably be flagged as an account thing, too, so only have to do them on your first character unless you reset that flag.

Why not ask you? When you click on the fire a ' would you like guidance in your first hours in haven '

Simple. Or even jorb can come up with some sort of poetic version off this we all know how he likes the game lore

Also what sheep said xp gains for completing the quests. You get xp for crossing terrains and not this? Haha
