Knarr recipe seems to require sketch discovery

Apparently I am the only person who can build one since last patch

I made the suggestion in HDI about trying to discover sketchbook, but the person I was replying to followed up and said that didn't work, either.

In case the list of:
Rope x75, Cloth x50, Tarsticks x50, Bar of Common Metal x20, Bone Glue x20, Board x 200, Block of Wood x100
from the Wiki is correct then it is broken, since I created all of them today and don't have the option to build one.

I have of those sketchbook pages that can be bought, and discovered it. Still no knarr

The only people I know who have it have previously made a sketch.

Does grabbing a sketch from the HF count towards the discovery? Cause it being optional makes me think there's no discovery it'd even give. Perhaps crafting it is indeed the only way to get said discovery, as in an already "drawn" one.

That's what I'm thinking. You have to draw on one for it to work.

I didn't deal in sketches so far, so this could be the reason why I can't build a Knarr.
